Graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Thursday, July 24, 2014 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Rev Chad Bass will be officiating. Family will receive friends and family 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
