Betty June Senn, 85, of Panama City, Florida passed Friday, July 7, 2017.
She was born the daughter of Phillip Durham and Ruby Jewell Dykes on June 30, 1932 in Lynn Haven, Florida.
She spent most of her life in the Panama City area. She was an active member of the Springfield Community Church since the early 1970’s. She believed in going to church rain or shine. She was a homemaker who loved cooking especially red velvet cakes.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Reverend Reuben T. Senn.
She is survived by her son, Jerry Senn and his wife, Betty, daughter, Dorothy Walker and her husband, Bruce, brother, Phillip Dykes (Shirley), sister, Phyllis McConnell (Dave), and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Springfield Community Church with Pastor Eddie Pitts, Pastor Donnie Jackson, and Pastor Robert Carl Curty officiating.
Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Springfield Community Church Building Fund.
