ELEANORE KOPPEL STEINZOR

Eleanore Koppel Steinzor, 84, of Panama City, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2017. Eleanor worked in Civil Service, retiring from Tyndall AFB in 2004 with over 50 years service. She loved traveling to Biloxi, and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Eleanore was married to her husband Norman for over 65 years.

Eleanore leaves behind her sons, Alan Steinzor and companion Jackie, Greg Lee Steinzor and wife Robin and Kevin Steinzor and wife Sheila; a brother, Jerry Koppel and wife Barbara; her grandchildren, Michael Steinzor and wife Heather, Megan Steinzor, Justin Steinzor and Kevin Anthony Steinzor; 2 great-grandchildren, Kyleigh and Cheyenne; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Koppel and Meta Weber Koppel.

Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, August 12, 2017, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the Chapel from 3:00 PM until service time at 4:00. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Association in memory of Eleanore Steinzor.
