Joyce E. Masters passed away July 17, 2017 in Panama City Beach.
Ms. Masters was born in Thomaston, Georgia on October 18, 1927.
She was preceded in death by her husband Barron E. Masters and son Donald L. Cone.
She is survived by Tammy McNabb, Connie Masters, Becky Cone, Darsy Phillips, Dawn Cone, Amber McNabb, William Jason McNabb and Kevin Michael McNabb.
Ms. Masters retired from Chevron and she and her husband moved to Bay Point. They were both members of the Bay Point and Legends Golf Clubs and started a scholarship for youth wanting to learn the game of golf. She was an avid animal lover and spent countless hours volunteering in her community.
Funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday, July 31, 2017 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends 10:00 A.M.– 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations and memorials can be made to the Bay County animal shelter or to Bay Point Golf Scholarship.
