Larry Wallace Peacock

Larry Peacock, 72, of Panama City, FL, passed away on July 13, 2017. Larry was born in Marianna, FL, on March 10, 1945, to George and Ethel Peacock. He graduated from Marianna High School in 1963 and entered the United States Air Force in 1964. He worked as a lab tech for the military for 20 years and enjoyed shooting pool, playing guitar and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Ethel Peacock; siblings, Lillian Linton, George Peacock, Narcile Pooser and Jesse Peacock along with numerous loved ones who are waiting at the gates. He is survived by his wife, Brenda G. Peacock of 43 years; his children, Heather (William) Warren of Panama City, Curtis Peacock of Panama City and John Kevin Peacock of New Braunfels, TX; his grandchildren, Gabriel and Gavin Warren of Panama City; his numerous loving nieces and nephews as well as his great-nieces and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be held 10 am Tuesday at Evergreen Memorial Gardens with Pastor Michael Petty officiating. Visitation will be held Monday from 6-8 pm at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Covenant Care Hospice or the local Wounded Warriors Organizations. Family wishes to extend their gratitude to Covenant Care, Callaway Baptist Church, Mosely High School, Pastor Michael Petty and Callaway Florist.
