Ronald G. (Ron) McCarthy, of Panama City Beach, passed away at the age of 77 on Friday, August 18, 2017.
He was born in Hempstead, NY on June 6, 1940.
Ron graduated from CWPOST in Long Island, New York. He had a love of boating and was a Master Craftsmen of wood working. He was also a member of the Long Island Rotary club.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy McCarthy of 55 years, loving daughter, Stacey Spinosa of Panama City Beach, and son, Scott McCarthy, seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be held 2:00 P.M. Thursday, August 31, 2017 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 1214 Moylan Rd, Panama City Beach, FL 32407.
