TOMIKO BLEVINS

Tomiko Blevins, 83, of Panama City, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017. Tomiko was born in Honohina, HI, and lived in Panama City for the last 35 years, moving here from Oklahoma. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed crocheting, gardening and reading. Tomiko was preceded in death by her husband of 34 years, Roy Blevins, and a daughter, Cheryl Salmon.

Survivors include her children, Roxane Blevins of Panama City, Wendy Pruett and husband James of Oklahoma, and George Blevins of Panama City; a son-in-law, Tim Salmon of Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Hannah and Alec Salmon of Oklahoma, Corey Blevins, Aaron Roach, and Heather Pruett, all of Panama City and Jared Blevins of Texas.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Mike Young officiating. Interment will follow. The family will receive friends at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Emerald Coast Hospice, 421 W. Oak Avenue, Panama City, FL 32401.
