Vonnie Louise Qualls, 81, of Panama City, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018.
She was born the daughter of Alfred Lee and Viola Johnson on April 7, 1936 in Brantley, Alabama.
Mrs. Qualls was a member of First Baptist Church of Parker, the Parker Garden Club and Eastern Star #96.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Edward E. Qualls, her parents; brothers, James Johnson, Alford Johnson, Floyd Johnson, and her sister, Pearl Hansen.
She is survived by her children, Gerald W. Qualls (Sheryll), Teresa A. Walker, Wanda L. Barefoot (Ronnie), William E. Qualls (Ann), and Sara F. Parent (Tom), her brother, Ed Johnson (Carolyn), her sister, Opal Gay (Franklin), her grandchildren, Shannon Pittman, Lindsey Qualls, Kate Qualls, Crystal Earnest (Joe), Grady Wayne Walker, Ron Barefoot, Keith Barefoot, Veronica Qualls, Charlie Parent, Mikayla Parent, Emily Parent and Andrew Parent, great-grandchildren, L.J., Beverly, Ben and Ava, as well as a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Reverend Joe Earnest and Reverend Sheryll Qualls officiating.
Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
Grady Wayne Walker, Ron Barefoot, Keith Barefoot, Charlie Parent, Andrew Parent and L.J. Earnest have been asked to serve as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday, February 9, 2018 at the funeral home.
