William Dennie"Pop" Blair

William Dennie “Pop” Blair, 83, of Panama City, Florida passed away Monday, November 27, 2017 at a local hospital.

Pop was a resident of Panama City since 1974. He retired as TSGT from US Air Force with 24 years of service and serving in Vietnam. In his retirement years Pop was an avid roller skater and later years enjoyed gardening.

He is preceded in death by three brothers.

He is survived by his children Walter C. Blair, Ralph E. Blair (Jane), Laura D. Rowell (Gary), and Kathryn D. Mayo (Ken); one brother and 7 sisters; 6 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, December 1, 2017 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens .

Family will receive friends 6:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. Thursday, November 30, 2017 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
