On Friday, March 26, 2021, Deborah Lee Marino-Duffy, a loving wife, mother of three, and grandmother of five, passed due to surgical complications at Ascension Sacred Heart-Bay Medical Panama City, Florida. On Friday, March 26, 2021, Deborah Lee Marino-Duffy, a loving wife, mother of three, and grandmother of five, passed at the age of 57 due to surgery complications. Deborah was born on April 8, 1963, in Bethpage, Long Island, to Thomas and Marion (Reed) Marino. She graduated from Bethel High School in Connecticut in 1981. She then became an exchange student in DeLa Gardiegymnasiet sär in Sweden in 1982. She married Edward Frank Duffy on October 28, 1988. They raised two sons Thomas and Edward Jr., and a daughter Ana. Deborah earned a Master's in Graphic Design and education. She was an educator in Bay district schools for nine years. She taught Sunday school at Our Lady Queen of Peace for several years and played the organ during church. Deborah was very family-oriented, an avid reader, an artist, and had a love for frogs. She often had crafts in the works to be sent to friends and family. She loved nothing more than to spend time with family, especially her grandchildren. Many knew her as kind and gentle. She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas, her husband Edward, her sister Patricia, and her granddaughter Selene. Deborah is survived by her mother, Marion, Stepfather John Meyash, two sisters, June Byrd (Chris) and Jillian Foster (Gary), her three children Thomas (Bonnie), Ana Shaver (Michael), Edward Jr, and four grandchildren Thomas Jr, Glen, Sophia, and Zane, many nieces and nephews. A memorial will be announced shortly and will be held at Our Lady of The Rosary, 5622 Julie Dr, Panama City, FL 32404 (time).
