AGNES MARIE (HOOD) BRANNEN
Mrs. Agnes Brannen, 90, of Lynn Haven, went to be with the Lord May 30, 2021. Mrs. Brannen was born in Coffee County, AL, and lived most of her life in Bay County. She was a homemaker, and a member of the Jenks Avenue Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.. Mrs. Brannen enjoyed cooking, fishing, and spending time with her large family and many friends in Lynn Haven.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, James E. Brannen; her oldest child, Eddie Joe Brannen; and great-grandchildren, Wesley Parkerson and Taylor Grace Conn.
Survivors include her children, Denise Creamer (Tony) of Chipley; Tony Brannen (Frances) of Panama City; Chris Brannen (Sherry) of Panama City Beach; Gary Brannen (Teresa) of Esto, FL; and Lonnie Brannen (Sherrie) of Southport; her daughters-in-law, Charlotte Brannen and Vonda Brannen, both of Southport; her grandchildren, Joey Brannen, Jr. (Stacey), Shawn Balsters (Troy), Stacie Parkerson (Jake), LaTanya Creamer, T. J. Creamer (Tabitha), Tony Brannen, Jr. (Jackie), Melissa Conn (Mike), Bobby Brannen (Stacey), Alicia Jimenez (Vladimir), Sarah Rangel (Hugo), Chason Tindall (Cherry), Hunter Tindall (Sky) and Mark St. Cere (Cynda); 27 great-grandchilden; 9 great-great-grandchildren; and a very special friend, Rosalyn Nichols of Southport.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, June 4, 2021, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bill Hewitt and Rev. Michael Bryan officiating. Interment will follow in Lynn Haven Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. The family extends special thanks to JoLee at Pruitt Healthcare and Jamie with Covenant Hospice for their loving care to Mom.
