Allen Kenneth Collins

Captain Allen Kenneth Collins, ret, USAF, 79 years old, of Panama City Beach, passed away peacefully on August 4, 2020. Allen was born August 31, 1940 in Red Bank, NJ to Allen and Ann Maria (Arnone) Collins and moved to Panama City upon his retirement from the United States Air Force. Allen was an avid woodworker, enjoyed working on antique cars and helping at his wife’s floral shop, Mimi’s Flowers. Allen is survived by his wife of 45 years, Mimi who resides in Panama City Beach; his children, Mary Ann & Jason Glazer of South Tampa and Lucy Collins of Panama City Beach; his granddaughter, Audrey Glazer of South Tampa and his cousin, Thomas “Tony" Arnone of Plantation, FL. Allen will be greatly missed. Friends will be received 10-11 am Saturday at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home where funeral services will take place that morning at 11 am. Interment will follow the service at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
