Andrew “Joe” Robbins,79, of Panama City Florida passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021.
He was a member of First Baptist Church of Panama City and the Triple L Sunday School class. Joe has been a licensed general contractor since 1972 and worked as a tugboat captain for 7 years. He enjoyed hunting, cast net fishing and loved going to the cabin with his family in Tennessee. He was known for his famous banana pudding and banana nut bread but spending time with his family was the most important thing to Joe.
He is preceded in death by his first wife Patsy Robbins; daughter Rena Robbins; parents Willie and Essie Robbins; three sisters; three brothers.
He is survived by his loving wife Diane Robbins; children Ricky Robbins (Terry), Rhonda Lewis, Regina Wall (Dennis), and Ryan Robbin; 10 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 31, 2021 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Robbins, Rev. Drew Robbins and Rev. Jason Robbins officiating. Family will receive friends 12:00 P.M. -1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Serving as pallbearers are Drew Robbins, Jason Robbins, Matelon Wall, Troy Wall, Nate Robbins, and Geoff Hoggard.
