ANITA GRIFFITH SMITH

Anita Griffith Smith of Chipley, FL, 72, passed away peacefully on June 3, 2019, at home surrounded by family.

She is survived by her husband, James (Jim), son: Phillip Newsome and his wife Teri Newsome, daughter: Denise Richmond, extended family Kenny and Doug Newsome, her grandchildren, great grandchildren and a great-great grandson.

In addition to her daughter, Beth Rood, she was preceded in death by her parents Alton and Elsie Griffith and brothers Dale and Joe Griffith.

A celebration of life will be held in Tallahassee on June 15, 2019. Please call Jim or Phillip for details.
