BARBARA CASSLER

Barbara Cassler of Panama City passed away on February 17, 2020. Barbara was a long term educator for the Bay District Schools at Shaw, Springfield, Cove, and Cherry Street Elementary.

Barbara will be missed by her dear companion, Grant Shaflitowski; a brother, Rick Reynolds (Char); her son, Michael Schultz; and daughters, Leslie Duncan, Kimberly Blackwell (James Adkison), and Jill Ormsby (Bob). She also leaves her grandchildren, Jaclyn Chung, Brent Blackwell, Kaitlyn Fontana, Kaycie Duncan, Mia Schultz, Joseph Ormsby and Jennie Bendzinski; and eight great-grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 6, 2021, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 PM until service time at 2:00. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Cherry Street Elementary School, 1125 Cherry St., Panama City, FL 32401.
