BESSIE M. DANLEY

Bessie M. Danley, 87, of Panama City, passed away Sunday, July 29, 2018. Mrs. Danley was born in Monroe County, AL, and had lived in Panama City most of her life. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed puzzles, sewing, and growing flowers. Mrs. Danley was a member of Life and Praise Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include her children, Archie Danley (Joyce) of Southport; Carol Schroyer (Tom) of Parker, June Gans of Panama City Beach, Gayle Dempsey (Bobby) of Callaway, Elaine Freeman (Danny) of Hiland Park and Sherry English (Steve) of Oklahoma City, OK; a brother, Mickey Sheffield (Lucy) of Mobile, AL; her sister, Dorothy Patterson of Frisco, TX; 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, August 2, 2018, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Broome officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the Chapel from 10:00 AM until service time at 11:00. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Bessie's name to Life and Praise Assembly of God Church.
