Tribute

Bonnie Sue Riggle Withhart joined her Lord Savior, Jesus Christ on Thursday June 6 after a year-long battle with cancer. Born November 21, 1955 in Rockford, IL, she has called Panama City home since 1985.

Bonnie is survived by her brother Les Riggle (Rockford, IL), two sons Jeff Withhart (Woodstock, GA) and Josh Seale (Panama City), their wives Lauren Withhart and Ashley Seale, as well as five grandchildren: Bradley, Rylee, and MacKenzie Seale, Benjamin and Henry Withhart. In addition, she is survived by her love and partner, Timmy Messick and sister-friend Judy Collins.

Bonnie formed many life-long friendships with loved ones she considered family and was an active member of her church, Oasis of Love Tabernacle. Bonnie is most remembered for her tenacity. She was a fighter her entire life: working hard to provide for her family, putting her children and grandchildren before herself always, and fighting fiercely against the cancer. She was passionate about her Faith and ultimately able to rest comfortably, surrounded by her family. Bonnie was extremely proud of her sons, could most likely be found with her toes in the sand, and telling stories of her fully lived life and love for her grandchildren.

The family wishes to express their gratitude for all the support during this time. There will be a Memorial Service and Celebration of Life on Tuesday June 11 at 7:00pm at Oasis of Love Tabernacle 7721 County Road 2301, Bayou George, FL 32404. Contact: Pastor Jessie Curles (850) 630-6730. Contributions in her memory may be made to Moms of Law Enforcement Officers at momsofleo.com.
