Cecil Eugene “Gene” Perry, age 80, of Panama City, Florida, passed away on June 3, 2021.
He was born to Ethel Geneva Hann Perry and Cecil Calley Perry on October 29, 1940, in Easley, South Carlina.
He is predeceased by his mother, father and other family members.
Gene was a receptionist at the Bay County Council on Aging and was actively involved with the Agency for seventeen years. The staff and seniors attending the Council on Aging Senior Center became Gene’s family and will remember fondly his smile and “Good Morning,” as he greeted each of them every day.
A Memorial Service will be held at the Senior Center, 1116 Frankford Avenue, Panama City, Florida on June 18, 2021 at 10 o’clock A.M.
Gene served in the Armed Forces of the United States in the US Air Force. He will be interred at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, Florida.
