Cecilia formerly lived in Ponca City and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She spent most of her adult life as a mother and homemaker. She was known for her laughter, her smiles and her positive outlook as well as her sometime fiery redhead personality. She was a wonderful mom and nana.
