Charlotte McLemore Bright, 72, of Panama City, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018.
Charlotte was born the daughter of Jack and Ruth Hemphill on October 12, 1945 in San Angelo, Texas.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her family. She was very social and enjoyed attending events or hosting parties. She was also a lifetime member of Beta Sigma Phi.
Charlotte is preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Roy Hemphill.
She is survived by her of husband of 30 years, Jack B. Bright, daughter, Donna Bright Crews (Bill), step-son, Jack M. Bright (Roxie), grandchildren, Cheyenne Crews, Addison Crews, Joshua Bright, Jonathan Bright, B.J. Crews and Tristen Crews, great-grandsons, Aiden Crews and Cameron Crews, great-granddaughter, Mac Bright, sister-in-law, Cynthia Kay (Scott), as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Reverend Jack Hankins officiating.
Interment will follow at Garden of Memories.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at the funeral home.
