CLIFFORD H. OSBURN
MSGT, USAF, ret.

Clifford H. Osburn, 73, of Panama City, passed away, Thursday, September 7, 2017. Cliff was born in Jay, FL, and lived in Panama City for the last 17 years, moving here from Peru, IN. He retired as a MSGT in the US Air Force after 22 years service in the USAF and 4 years service in the US Army. Cliff attended the First United Methodist Church of Panama City, and loved bass fishing, hunting, and games.

Survivors include his wife of almost 51 years, Edie Osburn; his children, Quinn Osburn (Shari) of Indianapolis, IN; Tamatha Carpentier of Panama City and Kathy Chilson of Tacoma, WA; his grandchildren, Brandon, Gina, Jared, Colin and Sheldon; and great-grandchildren Ember and Annmarie.

Memorial services will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, September 9, 2017, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Steve Rascoe officiating and military honors offered by the US Air Force Honor Guard. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon until service time at 1:00. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Donor Services, PO Box 4072
