Connie Carol Giles, 89, of Panama City, FL passed away peacefully at home on the morning of June 7, 2021.
Funeral service to celebrate her life will be held on June 11 at 2:00 PM at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2403 Harrison Ave, Panama City, FL 32405. Interment will take place at Evergreen Memorial Gardens, 3733 US HWY 231, following the service. Visitation will be from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on June 10.
Connie was born December 13th, 1931, in Harrisburg, Illinois, the daughter of Siegel and Mary Louisa Dooley Feazel. In addition to her parents, she also was preceded in death by two husbands, Leonard Cameron Williams and Gail M. Sharpmack; her daughter, Lana Beckham; her son, Cameron “Matt” Williams; three brothers; and three sisters.
She is survived by her husband, Major Ret. Harry Giles; a daughter, Victoria Ring and a son, Mark Williams and his wife, Catherine; her step-children, Donna Fort, David Giles, Harold Giles, and Karen Holland; her grandchildren, Lorie Bradshaw, Russell Warren, Mason Williams, Jake Williams, Jessica Williams, Jerrid Beckham, Corey Williams and Dana Kretzmann; her great-grandchildren, Brett, Garrett, and Trent Bradshaw;- Morgan and Ashleigh Warren;- Tristan, Lana, Atticus, and Owen Beckham;- Cameron and Owen Williams;- and Calvin Williams; -and two great-great-grandchildren, Autumn and Eliza Cohen.
Connie was retired from Life of Georgia Insurance. She was an avid reader, who loved crossword puzzles and gardening. She was known for her great sense of style, the grace and elegance she brought to every room she entered, her devotion to her family, and the kindness she extended to all whom she met.
The family would like to thank Emerald Coast Hospice, and especially Courtney Marsh, for their compassionate care during her final days.
