CURTIS LEROY BOND

Curtis L. Bond, CMSGT, USAF, ret., 84, of Panama City, passed away Monday, August 13, 2018, at his home. Curtis was born in Elberton, GA, and lived in Panama City for the last 38 years. He retired at the rank of CMSGT after 30 years in the USAF, serving during Korea and Vietnam. Curtis loved University of Georgia football, the Green Bay Packers, and the Atlanta Braves. He was preceded in death by his wife of over 40 years, Edyth Bond.

Survivors include his sons, Bruce Bond of Charlottesville, VA, Clifton Bond (Alexis Underwood) of Panama City and Curtis William Bond (Judy) of Minneapolis, MN; his grandchildren, Nichole Newell (Tony), Jamie Bond, Aaron Bond (Gina) and Victoria Shepard (A. J. Szymanowski); his great-grandchildren, Cadence Bond, Tucker Bradley, and another TBA; and several brothers, sisters, and other relatives in North Georgia.

Family memorial services will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Curtis' name may be made to the Disabled American Veterans organization.
