Cynthia Williams Cottrell was born July 6, 1950 in Panama City, Florida to Ralph and Anne Williams. She passed away December 9, 2018. Cindy is survived by her son, Lee Brown (Yasya); daughter, Lesli Batton (Jim); sister, Susie Rigsby (Russell); grandchildren, Samuel Brown, Abby Batton, Zoe Batton, Matthew Batton; and cousins Ronnie Williams (Kathy), J.R. Williams (Noelle), Karen Stephens Tayes and Billy Asbell (Tracey). She was predeceased by her brother, Larry Williams.
Services will be held at St. Andrews Episcopal Church on Beach Drive in Panama City on Saturday, January 5th, at 11:00 am.
