Daniel Destifino

Daniel “Rusty” Rueben Destifino, 61 of Panama City, passed away November 1, 2017 at his home. Rusty was born February 3, 1956 in Sacramento, CA to Daniel and Mary (Clanton) Destifino and lived in Panama City most of his life. Rusty worked in construction for most of his career and also tended bar for several restaurants in Panama City. He was united in marriage in 1980 to his wife, Sara who preceded him in death in 2014. Rusty is also preceded in death by his father, Daniel V. Destifino and a sister, Valerie Danford. Rusty is survived by his mother, Mary of Panama City; his sons, Adam Destifino of Orlando and Vince (Beth) Destifino of Youngstown; his brother, Tommy Destifino of Panama City; his sisters, Susan (Jaime) Long of Panama City Beach and Kathy (Mike) Danford of Kentucky and his granddaughter, Autumn Destifino of Youngstown. Memorial services will be held 10 am Saturday at the Historic St. Andrews Church, Panama City, FL.
