Danny Joe Hart

Danny Joe Hart (76) of Chipley, FL passed from this life on November 29, 2022. He was born in Marianna, FL to parents Danny and Hettie Sue Hart. He is survived by his wife of 24 ½ years Yvonne (Caudill) Hart, his son Kevin B Hart (Stacey), bonus children Michelle Hogue (James), Miranda Cooke, Paula McDonald (Walter), RJ Briggs (Rachel); sisters, Lana Hart and Sharon Dillinger; brother, Robert Faucett (Karen); 17 grandchildren and ex-daughter-in-law Heather Hart. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Larry Hart.
Joe as he was called by those closest to him, was a member of the 1st graduating class of Rutherford HS in 1964. He retired from Bell South after 35 years and eventually worked for over 5 years with the Bay County Sheriff’s Office. He also coached little league baseball for Cedar Grove for a few years. As many know, he was a lifelong fan of the University of Georgia, “Go Dawgs”. Joe was also an avid outdoorsman. He truly enjoyed spending time hunting, fishing and camping. Of course, the next best thing to being on the water or in the woods was riding his motorcycle.
The family will host a “Celebration of Life” in Danny "Joe's" honor on December 20, 2022 from 1pm – 5pm at the Southerland Event Center in Lynn Haven, FL.
