David Lenard Sauls II, 39, of Panama City, Florida, passed away July 3rd, 2021. He was born October 9th, 1981. David was a third generation commercial fisherman and a certified electrician. He was a free spirited, kind, intelligent, and humble man who loved his family very much. He loved to spend time outdoors and on the beach or spring with his family. He also loved to fish and play music on the guitar and piano. He is survived by his daughter, Evelyn Louise Sauls, also his mother and father, Maria and David Sauls, also his brother and sisters, Jason Sauls, Anna Sauls, Cathy Kittrell , Maygen Powell, Rachel Sauls, and his nieces and nephews, Luke Kittrell , Eli Smith, Ethan Smith, Hailey Kittrell, Chance Strickland, Alanna Culbert, Jazmine Sauls, Oceanna Culbert, Journey Powell, Novalee Sauls, Hunter Kittrell, and Aunt Gay Nell Crockrell and Aunt Mavis Wild. He is joined in Heaven with Edna Louise Sauls, Marvin Wilhoit Sauls, Marvin Wendell Sauls, and Edna Jane Morris.
