Deborah R. Lyon

Deborah R. Lyon, 53 of Southport, passed away June 3, 2019 at Gulf Coast Hospital. Deborah was born June 25, 1965 to Ron and Joan (Peoples) Ramsey and remained a life-long resident of Panama City. She was united in marriage on June 17, 1989 to her husband, Riqui who resides in Southport. Deborah is also survived by her sons, Derek & Devin Lyon of Southport; her parents, Ron & Joan Ramsey of Lynn Haven; her sister, Lisa & Kirk Asher of Southport; her in-laws, Murton & Hope Lyon of Lynn Haven; brother-in-law, Greg & Maria Lyon of Washington County; her nephews, Brandon, Alex & Blake Asher all of Southport and her paternal grandmother, Margaret Bingaman of Lewistown, PA. Deborah is preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Howard & Iva Mae Peoples. Deborah loved the beach but most of all cherished her time by taking care of her family and spending time with friends. Friends and family will be received 10-11 am Monday at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home where funeral services will take place that morning at 11am. Interment will follow the service in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery.
