Deborah J Price

Deborah “Debbie" Jean Price, 69, of Panama City, Florida passed away at home surrounded by family on Saturday, January 22, 2022, after a courageous fight with cancer. Debbie was born on August 2, 1952, in Aurora, Colorado and grew up surrounded by her large family, as she had 7 other siblings. She graduated from Henley High School in Oregon. She worked at Pool Tech and Kohls for many years. In her free time, Debbie enjoyed going to the beach, cooking, camping, gardening and spending time with her family. As a mother, she was loving, caring and kind. She loved being a grandma to Cole.
Debbie is survived by her son Brian (Crystal) Kirkland and grandson, Cole. Her mother, Janet Ruppel. Her brothers and sisters, Mike (Deena) Ruppel, Sue (Richard) Gribble, David (Sheila) Ruppel, Pam Hughes, Robin Miller, Becky (Billy) Suggs, sister-in-law Sandy Ruppel, several nieces and nephews, and special friend, Gayle Rogers.
Preceded in death by her father, LeRoy Ruppel and brother, Jeff Ruppel. For those wishing to come and celebrate Debbie’s life, services will be conducted graveside on Friday, January 28, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Evergreen Memorial Gardens 3733 U.S. Hwy 231 North, Panama City, FL, 32404.
