Shelly even received a “First Lady’s Medal for Courage, Commitment, and Service” award from the First Lady of Florida.
Shelly is survived by her husband of 29 years, Samuel Summers, daughters, Kiersten Stevenson, husband Michael, and Gabriel Summers. Three grandchildren, Mylie, Teal, and Mallory, her mother, Annamarie Skinner and 3 sisters, Denise, Debbie and Jacqui, plus several nieces and nephews, and foster children, all of which she loved dearly.
Shelly was sadly predeceased in death by her son, Logan Selby, her father Jack Skinner, and sister Donna Muha.
