Donna Frederick

Donna Elaine Frederick, age 71, of Southport, FL, passed away on January 21st, 2023. She was born to John and Twila Mahoney on August 16, 1951 in East Liverpool Ohio. She will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt, and friend. Donna is predeceased by her son, Brian Lee McConnell; her husband, James Edward Frederick; her sister, Sarah Ruth Rizer and her parents. She is survived by her nieces, Georgia Leigh Broussard, Melissa Rizer Masinter; and her nephew, Aaron Michael Rizer; her step-children, James Aaron Frederick and April Michelle Williams; her grandchildren and her great-nephew.

Funeral services will be held on February 25th at 11am at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral, 2403 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL. 32405. The family will receive visitors one hour prior to the service.
