Funeral services for Donna J. Shoots, 61, of Lynn Haven, will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday, February 6, 2020, at the First Baptist Church of Panama City. The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 until 2:00 PM. Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
