Dorris Mae Crook

Dorris Mae Crook, 92 of Panama City passed away October 31, 2018 in Fort Walton, FL. Mrs. Crook was born March 6, 1926 in Millville, FL to Albert Colla Ard and Vivian Pauline Alsobrooks. She was an active member of the Salvation Army in Florida, Texas, Georgia, Nebraska, Louisiana and South Dakota. She is survived by her husband, Robert and son, Ayhan (wife Lisa) and five grandchildren; Joshua & Gabriel Crook, Katrina Graham, Heather Mohamid and Matthew Mertz; three great-grandchildren, ; Habib Mohamid and Georgia & Hannah Crook. She is also survived by two sisters, Betty Lou Maynor and Ola McRay along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents, A.C. and Vivian P. Ard; sister, Emma Lee and Wilma Jean; her brother, A.C. (Jr.) Ard and her daughter, Loette Marie Hull. Memorials may be sent to the local Salvation Army, P.O. Box 540, Panama City, FL. Interment will take place privately in Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Memorial services will be announced at a later date. Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
