Edna Ann Raabe

Edna Ann Raabe 12-27-34 – 1-11-22. Ann was born in Beaver Dam WI to the late Ruth (Trettin) and Alvin Beck. She was married for 67 years to the late SMSGT (retired) Ronald Carl Raabe and is survived by her children and spouses Ruth A. Hirt (Marvin), Christine C. Douglas (Don-deceased), and her son James P. Raabe (Elizabeth). Grandchildren include: Jesse Williams, Ronald Cochran, Zachary Fannon, Michael Klos and Jennifer Klos and five great grandchildren: Alec, Eli, Brooklyn, Justice and Jamison; as well as a host of other family members and friends. Ann was extremely active in her husband’s 29-year Air Force career in the Non-Commissioned Wives Club and with 40 years volunteering at Tyndall Family Services ensuring Airmen’s transition to the Air Force/Tyndall was seamless. She earned numerous awards for her dedicated and selfless service. Ann was also instrumental establishing Amazing Grace Lutheran Church in Panama City and loving members of the church have always been considered her second family for 42 years.
