Fernanda (Dina) Tullia Barker,90, of Panama City Florida passed away Sunday, January 9, 2022. Dina was born June 9, 1931 in Trieste, Italy to Domenico and Margherita Martinoli.

Dina was an affectionate lady who loved her family, friends and animals.

Dina is preceded in death by her parents Domenico and Margherita Martinoli; children Randy, David and Infant son Stephens.

She is survived by her husband of 45 years CMSGT Errol Barker,children Richard (Pam) Stephens, James (Tammy) Stephens, Carol (Ces) Gonzales, Debbie Brittain; grandkids Melissa Gentry, Shawna Flager (Brian), James “Jimmy” II, Kyle Stephens, Tyler Stephens (Victoria), R. Dale Stephens III ( Tressie), Cheyenne Brittain, Tim Stephens (Mary Anne), Daniel Thetford (Whitney), and Riley Coker; grandchildren, Tiffany Stephens, Corey Stephens, Kurt Stephens and Casey Stephens great grandchildren Rilynn Stephens, Olivia Stephens, Everett Stephens, Jaxon Thetford, Sadie Rose Thetford, Dani Silesia and Laila Knight-Gentry.

Services will be held 10:00 A.M. Friday January 14, 2022 at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Family will receive friends 6:00 P.M. – 8:00 P.M. Thursday, January 13, 2022 at the funeral home.
