Frank Neal Montgomery

Frank Neal Montgomery of Panama City Beach, FL passed away peacefully September 23, 2023. He was born October of 1963 to James and Nina Montgomery in Palo Alto, CA. Frank will always be loved and cherished as a devoted husband, brother, uncle, grandfather, and friend. Frank is predeceased by his parents and brother, Douglas Montgomery. He is survived by his wife Robin Montgomery, stepdaughter Ashmore Ellis, her husband Mike Ellis, granddaughter Amelia Ellis, sisters Ann Montgomery Espinosa, Gail Elisabeth Montgomery Andres, and their husbands Mark Espinosa and Mark Dwayne Andres, nephews and nieces Laura Espinosa, Ellen and Warren Cotten, Megan Elisabeth Andres, James William Andres, Nathan Evan Andres, Doug William Montgomery, extended family Ann Beeman, Chris Ryder, Eric Ryder, and countless friends he has made throughout his life. Frank was a man full of smiles, laughter, and unmatchable kindness that will never be forgotten.  

Funeral services will be held at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home October 2nd at 2PM, 2403 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32405. The family will receive visitors starting at 1PM, one hour prior to service.

A celebration of life gathering will take place at 4PM following the service for friends and family at Fleet Reserve Branch #346, 2117 Wilkinson Ave, Panama City Beach, FL 32408.
