Geraldine Messick

Geraldine Messick, 87, of Panama City went to her heavenly home on June 9, 2022.

Geri was born on February 5, 1935 in Two Egg, FL. Geri was a wonderful cook, enjoyed gardening, arts, crafts, loved flowers, painting, and family outings. Geri loved her family and friends dearly.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Amos Messick; father, T.O. Mitchell; mother, Mary Mitchell; brothers, Robert Mitchell, Rosco Mitchell, and William Mitchell; sisters, Imogene Syfrett and Jeffie Bishop Palmer; set of twins, Jason and Wendy Messick grandson, Michael Messick.

Left to treasure her memory are her sons, Mark Messick (Sandra), and Gary Messick (Vickie); grandchildren, Neil Messick (Ellis), Ryan Messick, and Gary Lee Messick; great grandchildren, Anna Messick, Alivia Messick, Sarah Messick, Adalyn Messick,Gavin Messick, Kaylee Messick, and Aden Messick; numerous, nieces, nephews, cousins, and life long friend.

A celebration of life will be held 11:00 A.M. on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Interment will follow at Forest lawn Memorial Cemetery.
