Henry Gladstone Gilliland

Henry G. Gilliland, 79, of Youngstown, Florida passed away Sunday, September 15, 2019 at a local care center.

Henry was from Rockmart, Georgia and moved to Florida in 1968.

He worked at City Auto Supply in sales and at Walmart for 28 years. Henry was an avid sports fan of the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets and he enjoyed riding bikes and walking. Henry was a long time member of Youngstown Baptist Church and especially loved helping senior people with everyday life.

He is preceded in death by his parents W.F. and Lucille Gilliland, stepmother Frances Gilliland; 2 brothers and 2 sisters.

He is survived by his children Shelton Gilliland (Mona) and Timothy Gilliland (Melanie); sister Margie Frazier (Phil); grandchildren Makenzie Gilliland.

Funeral services will be held 11 A.M. Saturday, September 21, 2019 at Youngstown Baptist Church with Pastor Joe McClendon officiating. Family will receive friends 6:00 P. M. – 8:00 P.M. Friday, September 20, 2019 St Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
