Jeannette Lou Frazier

Jeannette Lou Frazier, 78 of Panama City Beach, passed away June 13, 2018 at Covenant Care Hospice. Jeannette was born April 12, 1940 in Norwood, OH to William John and Charlotte (Plymire) Keller and moved to Panama City Beach in 1968 coming from Cincinnati, OH. Jeanette is retired from the Bay District School Administration with over 33 years of employment. She was a member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church and was actively involved with Panama City Beach Care Service and the Panama City Women’s Civic Club. Jeannette was united in marriage in 1960 to her husband, Coach Bill Frazier who preceded her death in 1992. She is survived by her sons, Billy (Susan) Frazier of Newnan, GA and Scott (Tracey) Frazier of Panama City Beach; her brother, John Keller of Cincinnati, OH; her sister, Jacqueline Cutshall all of Cincinnati, OH; her grandchildren, Katee (Aaron) Smith, Mikail (Danny) Simmons and Austin (Courtney) Frazier and her great-grandchildren, Maycen Simmons, Miles Simmons, Bella Simmons, Reagan Smith and Jackson Smith. Friends will be received Saturday from 10-11 am at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home where funeral services will take place at 11 am. Interment will be held in Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Jeannette’s memory to Covenant Care Hospice.
