John Paul Sims

John Paul Sims, 65 of Springfield, passed away November 29, 2017 at his home. John was born August 31, 1952 to Clarence & Margie (Revell) Sims and was a lifelong resident of Panama City. John was employed with International Paper Company, Van Kleeck Building Supply and retired from Redi-Mix Concrete USA. John is preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Juanita Warn. He is survived by his brother, Sammy (Renee) Sims of Lynn Haven; his daughter, Amanda De La Rocha of California; his nieces & nephews, Tammy Sims, Jonathan Sims, Tiffany (Micky) White and Austin Sims and numerous relatives and friends. Friends will be received Tuesday from 1-2 pm at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home where funeral services will take place at 2pm. Interment will follow in Lynn Haven Cemetery.
