Johnnie Lillie Kelly

Johnnie Lillie Kelly, 88, of Ringgold Ga was ushered into the presence of the Lord Saturday September 16, 2023.

She was born to John H and Lillie Mae Spikes on December 24th, 1934.

She was preceded in death by her parents John and Lillie, her brother Lance Spikes, and sister Nettie Jean Foster.

Johnnie retired as the office administrator for the Chief of Civil Engineering at Eglin AFB near Ft Walton Beach FL in 1995. Johnnie was also very active in church ministry where she taught Sunday school, led the Women’s Ministry Group, youth groups, Senior Adult groups and small groups. She was very proficient in teaching and understanding bible prophecy as her heart longed for Christ’s return. She was an awesome wife, mother, nanny, granny and aunt. She loved with her whole heart and was generous beyond measure. Her passion was cooking, and she excelled at it, as she did in everything she set her mind to. She was a princess, who is loved and adored by her family.

Johnnie is survived by her husband William Harold Kelly of 70 years, Son Joey Kelly (Pam), Daughter Pamela Kelly, Granddaughter Jennifer French (Steven), Grandson Brandon Kelly (Jessica), 9 great grandchildren; Kyrie, Kell, Kamilee, Keegan, Kashlyn, Lexie, Kortlan, Steven and Baylee and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on September 21,2023 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home 2403 Harrison Ave Panama City FL.

Visitation will begin at 12:30 followed by the service at 2 PM. The interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
