JUANITA LEE TAYLOR

Juanita Lee Taylor, 75, of Southport, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019, at her home. Juanita was a native and life long resident of Bay County. She worked as a LPN II at Bay Medical Center until her retirement, and was a member of the First Baptist Church of Southport. Juanita enjoyed crocheting, painting, and spending time with her family. She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Jerry Taylor, her parents Alvin and Audrey Osbone, a son, Kenneth Taylor; a grandson, Kenneth Young, and a brother, Donnie Osborne.

Survivors include her children, Sandy Guthrie (David) of Sand Hills, Terry Young of Southport, and Melony Rogers (Roy) of Sunny Hills; 3 sisters, Mary Pendarvis of Lynn Haven, Sally Berry of Southport, and Debbie Dennis of Lynn Haven; her grandchildren, Nickie Gonzales, Becky and Justin Guthrie, William Young, Tery Young, Jr., Stephanie Suppes, Taylor Averys and Michael and Jason Rogers; her great-grandchildren, Madyson, Myles, Millie, Malone, Katlyn, Olivia, Willow, Weston, Alayna, Sophia, Charlie, Delilah, Eliza, Trinity, Tyler, Zak and Savannah.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 9, 2019, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Blackerby and Rev. Virgil Tillman officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday evening from 6:00 until 8:00 PM. Asked to serve as pallbearers are Travis Moore, Colin Hutchinson, Robo Hutchinson, T. J. Young, Justin Guthrie and Jason Crowder.
