Kenneth R. “Butch” Dickson, 69, of Panama City passed away on January 21, 2023. He retired from the Air Force in 1993 as a TSgt where he served in Life Support and Personnel Training. He is a life member of AMVETS Post 2298 in Callaway, and the VFW Post 8205 in Parker. He was preceded in death by his father James Walter Dickson and his mother Dorothy May Martin. Ken is survived by his wife, Jacqueline Dickson of Panama City; son Jason Dickson and wife Sara of Arkansas; daughter Evangeline Bennage and husband Walter of Wisconsin; six grandchildren Hunter Dickson of Arkansas, Bryce Deboard and wife Peyton of Indiana, Armand, Andrea, Vincent and Kane Bennage of Wisconsin; brother James Dickson and wife Betty of Arkansas; two nephews Steve Dickson and wife Heather, and Jeremy Dickson and his wife Heather. A memorial service will be conducted 2:00 pm Thursday January 26, 2023 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Vietnam Veterans of America in Kenneth’s memory.
