Laura Lane Willis, passed away on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at her home on Panama City Beach. She was a graduate of Whigham High School in Whigham, GA and Massey Business School in Albany, GA. Most her career was in insurance. She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Jack Willis; her two sons, Johnny (Jackie) Palmer of Cairo, GA and Jim Palmer of Colorado Springs, CO.; her three step-children, John (Reba) Willis of Canton, GA, Mona (Randy) Moore of Douglas, GA and Jennifer (Kenji) Takeuchi of Atlanta, GA; her grandchildren, Russ Palmer of Dublin, GA, Clark Palmer of Cairo, GA, Hannah Willis, Logan Willis, Ansley Willis all of Canton, GA, Katelynn and Levi Moore of Douglas, GA, Seiji, Kai and Emiko Takeuchi of Atlanta, GA; her sister, Ann (Carl) Hansen of Crystal River, FL; her nieces, Donna Olsen, Deborah (Jack) Dums; nephew, Earnie (Keri) Olsen and two great-nephews, Michael and Matthew Olsen all of Crystal River, FL. She is preceded in death by her parents, Luther and Hilda Gray; infant sister, Joy Gray and the father of her sons, Billy Palmer.
