Lillian B Stout

Lillian Lyons Stout, 89 of Panama City, passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021. Lillian was born September 9, 1931 in Elizabethton, TN. Lillian was a loving Daughter, Wife, Mother and Granny. She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Glenn; parents, Roy and Mildred Lyons and sister and brother, Evelyn and June. She is survived by her children, Jerry Stout (Susan), Brenda Pippin and Glynis Frye (Jerry); five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren and a brother, Bill Lyons. Lillian was a long time member of St. Andrew Baptist Church and The Gleaners Sunday School Class. A graveside service will be held March 31st at 11 am at the Kent-Forest Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to either Emerald Coast Hospice or St. Andrew Baptist Church Benevolence.
