Mar-Lyn Barnes Flowers, age 58, of High Springs, FL, passed away on Nov. 15, 2023.
She was born on October 29, 1965, in St. Petersburg, Florida adopted by her loving parents Roy and Martha Barnes. Mar-Lyn will be remembered as a loving wife, cherished mother, adored grandmother, and a truly giving soul.
Mar-Lyn is predeceased by her father Roy Barnes, her (biological) mother Patricia McClellan.
She is survived by her husband Marshall Flowers Sr., Mother Martha Barnes, Sister Charlotte Barnes, Brother Frank Mahoney, Her children Rodney Bielling, April Bielling, Marshall Flowers Jr., Her grandchildren Lily Bielling, Sawyer Owens, Cash Owens, Magnolia Osteen, Zachary flowers, Xander Flowers and Marshall Mccort.
Mar-Lyn was raised in High Springs Florida on the Char-Lyn Ranch. She attended Rolling Green Academy. She was an Enrollment Specialist at Elite School of Cosmetology in Panama City, Fl. Where she showed all the students love, compassion and guidance. She brought warmth and unconditional love into the lives of all who were fortunate enough to know her. Her generosity knew no bounds; she dedicated herself to selflessly helping others, leaving an indelible mark on the hearts of those she touched. As a grandmother, she radiated love, creating lasting memories with her family and instilling values that will endure for generations. Mar-Lyn leaves behind a legacy of kindness, compassion, and a spirit of giving that will be remembered fondly by all who were lucky enough to experience her love. May her gentle soul rest in eternal peace and may the memories of her love bring comfort during this difficult time.
Her ashes are to be spread in a private ceremony on the ranch where she was raised.
A memorial service will be held in her memory on December 3, 2023 at 1pm. The service will be at The First United Methodist Church located at 17405 NW US Hwy 441, High Springs, FL 32643
