Rayford Burklow, 66, of Panama City Beach, passed away on Saturday, July 7, 2018, at a local health care center. He was formerly from Marion, KY.
Mr. Burklow was a Kentucky Colonel, a Tennessee Squire, a volunteer firefighter, and a retired paramedic with over 20 years of service. Prior to that he was an EMT, an underground coal miner and had also served as a police officer.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Glenda Burklow, and his grandmother, Verna Belle Blades, who reared him.
He is survived by his loving wife of eight years, Carla Tandy Burklow: sons Timothy Burklow (Melanie) and Jeremy Burklow (Jean); stepsons Michael Sigler (Joleine) and Matthew Sigler (Racheal); brother Artel "Bill" Burklow (Darla) and grandchildren Tim Burklow, Avery Burklow, Olivia Burklow, Wyatt Burklow, Cole Sigler, Morgan Sigler and Kara Sigler.
