Marvin Doss Hadley, Age 92, of Panama City FL joined his beloved wife, Hilda, November 12, 2023.
He was born to Albert Hadley and Kathryn Wallis February 19, 1931 in Chicago, IL.
He will be remembered as a loving husband, dad, and Papa. Marvin is preceded by his wife Hilda and parents. He is survived by his children Marvin (Art) Hadley, (Allison) and Darlene Brock (Mitch). Grandson’s Aaron and Jacob Hadley and granddaughter Ashlea Brock; and sister, Shirley Ellis.
Marvin served in the United States Marine Corp March 6, 1952 as a gunnerman in the Korean War. He earned the Korean Service Medal with **, U.N. Service Medal, and National Defense Service. He was Honorably discharged March 5, 1954.
He worked 34 years with the United States Postal Service.
He is charter member of Paul W. Airey American Legion Post 392.
He had a love for offshore fishing. Loved his family and his 392 Legion family.
Always had a smile and a joke to share or a story to tell. Always had good advice and wisdom to share.
