MARY MILLIGAN
Mary Milligan, 78, of Panama City, passed away November 21, 2020. Mary was born in Enterprise, AL October 25, 1942 to Carl and Faye Pelfrey. She will be remembered by her family for being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Milligan, and her parents.
Survivors include her children, Amy Carlos and Brad Milligan; grandchildren, Lacey Stephens and Cydney Milligan; a sister, Dottie Olding; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life for Mary will be held in Spring 2021 at a time and place to be announced. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to a favorite charity in memory of Mary Milligan.
