Kay Potter, 60, of Panama City, passed away July 28, 2020 from complications of brain cancer which she valiantly fought for over 2 years. She was born in Panama City. After 37 years, she was reunited with her first love, John Potter, and they were married on May 3, 2013. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Panama City. She was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Phillips (Little Tommy) and her father, Allen Corbitt, Sr. Kay is survived by her husband, John of Panama City; her daughter, Ashley Miller of Panama City and son-in-law Derek Miller; her mother, Sue Corbitt of Panama City; her sister, Suellen Fields of Panama City; her bother, Allen Corbitt of Tampa, FL and sister-in-law Yvonne Corbitt; her grandchildren, Dallas Glover, Alivia Glover, Clayton Glover, and Gemma Yeary; step daughter, Bryanna Wooley, of Hawkinsville, GA and step son-in-law Joe Wooley; and step granddaughter Hayden; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Graveside funeral services will be for family and friends at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Panama City, FL on Monday, August 10, 2020 at 10:00am.
